What is the most natural way to loose weight without any diet pills or acai berry?
I am almost 15, I am 5 foot 5 and a half, and I weigh 133 pounds. I want to loose 15 pounds (to be 118 pounds). What is the most natural way to loose weight, like a special diet but NATURAL. I will NOT take diet pills or do the acai berry. I want to loose this weight by the end of august. Is this possible? Note: I am a cross country runner, so I will be running 200 miles over this summer and possibly working out. How often should I work out if I run about 4-5 miles 6 days a week?
clearly its possible but takes dedication.
wake up inthe morning and run on a empty stomach please dont ask why i dont know the correct scientific reason but something with glycogen levels and insulin or blah blah blah.. but it works and it burns 300 % more fat than normal time cardio
so yeah wake up early morning 30 min cardio..
eat right, eat protein and eat good carbs like WHOLE WHEEAT FOOD
and eat every 2-3 hrs as this boosts up yuor matabolism ANDD EAT GOOD FATS ... like almonds flax seeds and etc
you lose weight when you burn more calories then you have eaten that doesnt mean dont eat at all.. eat but dont over eat and no junk food ~!
lastly do you really want this....then its all hardwork
