Colors for a Bay Quarter Horse Filly?

Hi,
I've got a bay 2 year old Quarter horse filly that I need to buy tack for. I'm not going to buy anything permenent til shes done growing but I want to know what colours of halters, blankets, brushes to get because I want to have all my things the same colour.

A bay can be quite versatile. If she is a lighter bay, I would avoid oranges and reds because it would not be a good color with the chestnut in her coloring. Perhaps if she is a blood bay (very dark) you would be able to do red.

My personal favorite colors on a class bay are blue and white. I think it makes them look very regal and is a nice contrast.

Purples and maybe greens could also work, it depends on your personal taste. I would stick with cool colors and avoid all the warmer ones (red, orange, yellow, pink, etc.)
