6 yrs in a cul de sac and I have neighbor troubles...what to do?

Live in a court, all the neighbors are close, lots of kids, Over these 6 years I have been to myself mostly. Now I have a baby and I realized I don't feel comfortable going outside because of some rude looks over time...so I stay indoors to avoid the stress. Funny thing is the neighbors wave first to my mate and smile while he drives by (I am in the back seat) I get very jealous of this and start to fight about it...and this makes me so angry I want to move!

Well, you did not say that your neighbors have been unkind to you.
Rude looks? You probably are seeing things that do not exist.
Sorry for being so blunt, but I think the problems is you. Your behavior, insecurity.
There is no reason for you to be jealous just because a neighbor says or waves "Hello" .... that's what neighbors do.
Be friendly to your neighbors, exchange some friendly words and that's it. You don't have to become their "bussom buddy".
Nobody would interpret your greeting as being needy.
What are you angry about? THAT, you need to figure out by yourself !!!
Bottom line: you have no valid reason to move. So stay, and enjoy the house that you like and get to know your neighbors.
