dead bird hung by black Horse Hair at entrance of farm house?
I recently found a tiny dead bird tied around its neck with Black Horse hair and suspended from the light fixture at the only entrance to an old farm house we own. It was owned my his aunt and my husband purchased the land to farm. The house is falling down but this bird has been there for awhile because it is almost just bones. It wasn't there 3 years ago but is now. What does this mean exactly? I have an idea who would have put it there but need more info to determine who this is aimed and why. Thank you so much for any additional comments.
This is an old fashioned trap for catching birds, or the result of one.
It likely has no occult significance. Some person may have hung it up later as a trophy or a warning, or for their own amusement.
I would suggest a decent burial with prayers to whatever god(s) you believe in. I'm assuming you would want the same done for you
