King Series
What are some accurate series of books about the wives of King Henry VIII?
I have read the three books by Laurien Gardner, and really liked those, but I was wondering if there was another series that is more complete. I am not really looking for anything by Philippa Gregory. Is there another series of books about King Henry VIII wives beside those two?
I also recommend "The Six Wives of Henry VIII" by Alison Weir; it's very readable and gives a lot of personal information about each Queen. Also try "Henry VIII, King and Court", which also gives details of the Queens and other prominent people, as well as talking about court life in Tudor times.

Also, try Antonia Fraser's book of the same name. This, and Weir's book, made ideal companions with additional and extra information in each.

I also like Alison Plowden's books on, mainly, Tudor England. "The House of Tudor" is a good place to start on the dynasty as a broad overview:

If you want something more in the form of a novel, you could try Jean Plaidy's books.
