Well since you mentioned Jean and Scott and another x-men couple, I assume that you are somewhat familiar with X-men and even though this x-men couple is not listed, I will say it:

Gambit (Remy Lebeau) and Rogue.

Why? They are soulmates! Rogue could kill him with a single touch and yet he only has eyes for her and I think they do manage to find their way around the whole 'no-touch' thing...

I mean, to me, this is absolute dedication born of love. What more could you be looking for in the best comic couple?
