Purpose Jump

If I wear roller blades and I accidentaly jump in a hole (its uneven) will I twist my ankle?

I'm not doing it on purpose...it's just that I was gonna try to jump over the hole but if I land in the hole on accident will I twist my ankle?
Oh and my roller blades are the kind whith the wheels in a line. It's not the one's where there's 2 wheels in the front and 2 wheels in the back.

Twisting or breaking an ankle is always a possibility if you don't land cleanly on your wheels. Landing in a hole could definitely do that.
The other likely possibility is that you come down lightly enough that the toe catching on the hole will spin you forward and you just take a bad face plant (done that just by catching the toe in a hole).

Best suggestion is to practice your jumps without a hole under you until you are confident of clearing the hole. I know people who jump all the time while skating. They pick a mark on the street (or a manhole lid) and jump over it. Once you know you can clear the distance and land cleanly, go for the holes or curb blocks.
