Can I mail religious material to girlfriend in Cuba?

I am a American,My girlfriend/fiancee is Cuban and lives in Havana, I am a Mormon and would like my fiancee to become one as well (want to eventually marry in LDS Temple etc), While I know Fed Ex/UPS do not ship to Cuba, I know that DHL does (don't want to send by regular mail), I want to send LDS/Mormon reading material, Will she likely receive this or will it be thrown away (after arriving in Cuba), Will shipping this DHL make a difference? I always assume everything I send regular mail is first opened (before she receives), Will she get in trouble if religious material is discovered (In mail)? Thanks

Yes you can send that. What is NOT allowed is pornographic material. But magazines and periodicals are permitted.
