What type of horse should I get?
Im going to get a horse soon, and im a good sized girl. I only ride western and I don't compete. I know im going to get a gelding. I like quarter horses, paint horses,and percheron horses, can you tell me some basic info on all of those breeds, and other types of horses that would suit me. What about tack? Im getting a Synthetic Saddle. Any other lightweight saddles?
Quarter Horses are very nice horses to get (Speaking as a Quarter Horse owner), but, obviously, you need to make sure you do your research for your perfect horse.
