Saddle Bag
Ideas on how to package a Western Saddle to post it to someone?
I have just sold my saddle on ebay and now have to post it interstate, I have NO idea how im going to wrap it up or package it for the trip!! Any ideas, I dont have a saddle bag for it and i dont have a lot of money, Cheers
I had my saddle shipped in a double thick cardboard box, with the tree wrapped in bubble-wrap and then the whole saddle wrapped in foam sheets. Having said that, it was an English Saddle therefore would presume it differs from a western saddle.

The other option is to either phone, or preferably visit your local post office (or courier service) and ask them how they would suggest shipping it. They would probably be the best to assist you.
