wintec adjustable? gullet or tree?

I’m looking for a wintec saddle as I’m a bigg fan of synthetic as well as I’m constantly changing horses so the idea of an adjustable gullet sounds amazing to me!

I herd someone say the other day adjustable tree?
Is that possible ?
