How do you ride western.. ?
How do you ride western, and is neck reining hard to learn for someone who rides english?
As an English rider I can tell you, you're in for a shock. Western saddles are so big and bulky I always felt like I was riding a saddle instead of a horse.
No, neck reining isn't hard to learn. You'll just have to change your habits. And if you plan to show you may want to learn the placement of your free hand.
